I am currently working as a web developer at School Dynamics in Hartsville, SC. The main application I work on is a web application for school data management. It will include many types of tools to make managing and teaching at a school easier. The first phase developed included the gradebook, attendance, lessonplans, behavior notices, a school calendar, meal ordering, address book, and seating charts. There is much more to come.

I enjoy learning new things in technology and believe this is an important trait for the field I am in. I enjoy reading books on software construction. The book Code Complete really influenced me as I started my career and has instilled in me a passion for my craft. I recently added the books Programming Pearls and Refactoring to my collection and am looking forward to reading them.
